LEARN ALL ABOUT THE MONARCH BUTTERFLY!

The ButterflyLady Inc. is a 501-C-3 Non profit incorporation dedicated to the appreciation, preservation and education of the monarch butterfly. Audrey Stephens has been The Butterfly Lady since 1997 and is currently working in Northern Arizona offering presentations to all sorts of butterfly loving folks interested in helping the Monarch butterfly by establishing butterfly landing zones consisting of food plants for the adult butterflies and milkweed for the monarch caterpillars.

The Butterfly Lady offers a 1 hour presentation that includes the butterfly lifecycle, the monarch migration, butterfly gardening tips and all sorts of interesting information about butterfly behavior patterns and tendencies.

"I have visited all ages from preschools (I’ll bring my puppets) to Senior Citizen homes and gardening clubs, church groups …basically anywhere you would like to gather and learn about butterflies within the Flagstaff to Prescott to Payson perimeter of Arizona, I will happily come and share my many pictures and show & tell items and entertain & educate those that would like to learn for a donation of just $50.00 to The Butterfly Lady Inc. Approximately half of this donation goes into traveling expenses to come to you, the other portion helps keep my gardening program alive & fertilized & fresh seeds arriving each spring".   

By supporting The Butterfly Lady, and, in turn the Monarchs by booking a presentation, each class includes butterfly garden seeds and instructions on how to get them growing for your local butterflies. Come out & say hello at one of the art shows coming up, I have lots of butterfly art and jewelry unlike anything you have seen before for that unique and special gift for your butterfly enthusiast.
